Describe the behavior you want to change and what you think is causing it.

Each student will choose one fictional characters’ behavior that they would like to change. They will analyze and present the antecedents (causes) of that behavior as well as present a theoretically based behavior change intervention for the fictional character. Students can choose any character from popular medium including from movies, books, video games, etc. The presentation must not include any personally identifiable information (try to choose someone you think at least 50% of the class would know). The presenter is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their fictional ‘client.’ Audience members will be given the chance to guess the fictional character for extra credit.Each student will present their fictional behavior plan via Video/PPT and upload to Canvas (perhaps using YouTube). The file must be a watchable presentation (not just a power point without any audio).Your presentation should last approximately five minutes and include:Basic demographics and relevant information about the character (anonymously)Describe the behavior you want to change and what you think is causing itDiscuss the theory you will be using to facilitate behavior changeDiscuss any information about the character relevant to that theoryDesign a brief intervention based on the theory and information on the character that you’ve shared.
