Managing change is a central issue in contemporary organizations which seem to be moving at the speed of light. Individuals, managers and organizations all need to be educated about the fundamentals of change management, the urgency of response, the process and the problems.Right now substantial changes have occurred in our daily lives which are also affecting every type of organization. For this week’s discussion let’s start by facing those new realities and considering the changes we will encounter at some point in the future when we are back to work outside our homes. There are a few of you who are still going to a work setting where you are considered essential so you can consider the changes already being made there or that should be made in that environment.
