Discuss homelessness and VASH.

The purpose of this paper is twofold. 1) you will familiarize yourself with the history of homelessness through a review of the literature provided. 2) you will share that work with your CSL classmates to build an extensive knowledge base on the academic literature on homelessnessTo do this, you will read each either: 1 book or 3 articles* from your annotated bibliography. Once you have done the reading, please write a 2-3 pg review that addresses the following topics 1) the topic at hand (i.e police/houseless relations in LA), 2) the main argument or intervention that the author is making (i.e what are THE AUTHOR saying about his/her topic) 3) how this relates to the context and themes of our class 4) your thoughts on the reading overall.*Note: For articles, you should treat them as a thematic clump (i.e three takes on women’s day centers), and the similarities and differences between the authors arguments approaches and findings and your thoughts and conclusions
