Discuss Readiness and COVID 19 Permanent Change of Station.

This paper is about a military process. Change of Permanent duty station. This is a process for which a service member relocates to a new location but this process has been interrupted due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The travel restrictions cause a huge impact on the military.
