You may want to discuss the elements of any legal claims that can be made in the context of your issue, or you may want to provide the legal standard that the Courts would apply in evaluating claims related to your issue.

APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS

Make your argument in support of your thesis statement. How have the legal standards played out in the real world? You can use facts and examples from specific cases, or you can use scholarly articles that discuss the legal implications of your issue. Appropriate citation of your sources is absolutely required.

CONCLUSION

Provide a brief conclusion summarizing how the evidence you provided supports your thesis.
