Describing the Program Framework

In 1 to 2 pages, describe your program’s theoretical framework. Elements of the paper should include a description of who the priority population is and the need; what theory is going to be used as a guide in developing an intervention to address the problem; an explanation of how your problem “fits” in this theory; and a description of how it relates to the theory constructs. In addition, include an appropriate and academically and/or professionally recognized graphic or figure that illustrates the theory. Note that the theory should be explained in terms of your program and written for an audience composed of health education specialists who are familiar with the major health behavioral models.
