Discuss the View of journalism and Journalist in America.

This is a journalism essay writing, and it entails you expanding on my original thought process, which I will add to the document on what I wrote down. I will be sending all the articles used as a reference and how the reference should use them. You will use this again later in the semester, and going long will give you more with which to after work. Add something to the debate. Suggestions: While you want a clear thesis that you back up, consider counterarguments; what would your opponents say? Consider a concluding paragraph where you don’t say “in conclusion” or restate your points word for word. But you can follow up on the opening graf … or talk about what’s next on this issue… or save a pithy quote for last. Put a good, final taste in the reader’s mouth. If possible, Conclude! Forcefully! Supporting evidence Several specific examples back up the main point of your post and help give context to the issue. Eight references must be a source/reference that you contribute to the conversation, which you would have through the articles I will send. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL ESSAY TO USE TO EXPAND ON: The job of a journalist is to inform and educate the people. There should not be a piece of bias information based on anyone’s own opinion but rather the facts. In recent years I have come to realize just how much bias journalism has towards certain issues, it reveals the biased mind of the journalist but also shows the lack of professionalism when covering certain issues. What I mean was during the Trump presidency the way CNN journalist covered the presidency was quite a difference from the way Fox News covered theirs, both media coverage was clearly different and had their own bias but when it came to Fox News it was very clear what they stood for and who they support which I believe can be quite misleading in every aspect. Journalists need to show professionalism at all times regardless of if they support something or not. People get mislead by getting information that is full of bias tone. Journalists are in charge of making sure we the people have access to accurate information; they are an important asset to society, but it can be very hard when given information is run based on bias. Not saying that journalists do not have the right to state their own input but instead, it should not be the run of the entire channel. I believe that regardless of any person’s standing, the media and the journalism world should have a professional character in the face of disagreement and not poke at other media outlets due to their viewpoints. I have witnessed this happen between big media outlet which showcases childishness in our media world. I still believe that the role of journalism and a journalist is very important to our society, we need the information to be accurately distributed to the people, which is why we need more fact-based journalism because when falsehood begins to spread it can be very deadly.
