Choose a theme in American history since 1877. (You can choose any theme you can clearly support and identify. Examples: women’s or African-American’s, or workers’ rights, communication, technology, transportation, information, foreign affairs, etc. Be sure your theme spans the entire time period, from 1877 to the 1980s.) =>Discuss THREE different turning points or especially impactful moments for your theme in American history and explain why you view them as important. Be sure one of your impactful moments/events occurred before 1900, or it is really, really hard to say that your response spans the entire time period in question.
