The purpose of the reform analysis research paper is to provide you with the opportunity to synthesize the informationgathered during the course into a proposal for improving the existing or proposed health delivery system of the UnitedStates.You are expected to draw from your completed health system matrix (Unit II Mini Project), the blog (Unit IV BlogAssignment), course notes, and readings in the development of your proposal. The proposal should identify the strengthsand limitations of the current and proposed health system, identify a quality improvement trend, and provide realistic stepsand processes that could be implemented to make positive changes to the system at a national, state, or local level.Discuss what the expected impact to the health of the population those changes would have, and explain why it is importantin health care. Because of the complexity of the issue, you may choose one area for an in-depth analysis versus aframework for the entire system. Be creative! Draw from what you have seen work and not work within the other systemsexamined.The research paper should include the following components:-statement and discussion of the problem;-terminology definitions;-proposed change;-expected service impact of the proposed change;-the expected societal impact and ethical challenges;-the known opposing opinions to your proposed change and your response to those opinions;-identification of who the stakeholders are as well as the vulnerable populations and what the expected impact to relatedhealth policies would be, if any;-how this could be funded; and-as all health care systems evolve overtime, given your proposed change, describe what you see as the eventualevolution of your proposal.The research paper should be at least six pages in length; this does not include the title or reference page.
