The goal for this assignment is to begin in Week 10 and submit the final version in Week 11.Directions for Care Plan Assignment:For this assignment, you will create a thoughtful Stress Reduction Care Plan for yourself based on the techniques in the book and through additional research.For your paper, you should do the following:After your introduction paragraph, you should select one of the theories of stress we have studied in the course (either Lazarus or Selye) and briefly summarize the concepts and briefly describe why you agree most with this theory.Next, define and discuss stressors we defined in our textbook and how they apply to you.
