our issue that we are exploring is gender inquality Our team will be tackling gender inequality in the workplace. For far too long, women have been undervalued and unappreciated for their work, talent, and skills. It is our job as a group to find a solution to these issues and prevent them from continuing on. In our current day and age the statistics continue to show that women earn an average of $0.81 for each dollar a man makes. These disparities become more severe for women of color. Summarizing the above-mentioned points, the purpose of our project is to get a deeper understanding of gender inequality as a social problem, analyze the current situation in the market, and try to come up with solutions to this issue. Instead of focusing on global solutions, we would like to talk about small steps that each of us could take to contribute to this problem.
