In reviewing Chapter 3 , of the Water Research Foundation, Multi Agency Response to a major water pipeline Break, prepare a Matrix that addresses the key communications elements in response to the emergency detailed in the case Study.
The Matrix must contain the elements provided in the Case Study Template and provide sufficient detail in the answer. One-word answers are not acceptable.
