But note: you should adopt a differentiation provider strategy, and your choices should be guided by a Value Chain Analysis.To perform a Value Chain Analysis, use the Value Chain Analysis tables included at the end of the Strategic Management Handbook, chapter 14 as a template. Reproduce those tables in a Microsoft Word/Google Docs document, and fill them in accordingly. This is much like the other value chain analyses you did before, but this time around, you should pursue a differentiation provider strategy. So, your value chain analysis should be explicitly directed at helping you understand the best way to become a differentiation provider in your fast-cooker industry.
