This is an individual assignment to do a Stakeholder Analysis by preparing a matrix of stakeholders and identifying their interest in the project and the type of power they have to influence your project.
Identify the human and non-human stakeholder groups that are affected by your project.
For each of the major stakeholders identified, determine their interests in your project and the type of power they have to influence it. For each stakeholder, address whether their influence power is equitable, or if it needs to be altered (increased or decreased).
Reflect: in these readings, in what ways do you see both stakeholders and systems? How do these lenses impact the way we do analysis around business (and progress)?
