Most of us have conducted or participated in some form of continuous quality improvement (CQI) at some time in our current or past workplace (e.g., answered a survey or questionnaire about various aspects of the work environment, practices, or leadership). How have you participated in CQI? How was the data collected? Did the CQI initiative result in positive change? How so, or why not?
