Think about a quality improvement project :”Improving patient safety by improving the nursing workload”. Describe the project you want implemented. What is the evidence to support implementation of the project? Who would need to be involved? What impact do you believe the project will have on nursing and patients? How would you communicate the project to staff and patients?
