Half of the historical figures we have examined in this class after the midterm have been from the United States. Please choose one figure from the United States and one from another country and compare and contrast some aspect of their lives. You can choose to focus on the challenges they confronted, or how they understood those challenges, or the actions they took to overcome those challenges.
