Prepare a discussion of how you would recommend to the school board that this problem be addressed. Include in your discussion a description of all the “stakeholders” of the school affected by this situation, and how each stakeholder’s concerns should be addressed by the school to minimize damage to the finances and reputation of the school. Do you think the students should win their “case” in either of the two cases listed above? You are free to make up whatever facts you need but be sure to identify the facts that you think are important and why so.
