This paper gives you the opportunity to present your future practice and budget and cost.

1. Identify your future practice, population, type (e.g. home care for older adults with dementia, concierge practice, primary care for children with chronic illness)

2. Project practice size for the area and population, how many providers needed, relevant economics and sociodemographics for the area/population.

3. Based on review of evidence or interview with current provider, identify budgetary factors and costs for the practice. (For this part, materials from weeks 7 and 8 could be helpful)

4. Technology to be included in the practice and connections to reimbursement (For this part, materials from week 9 could be helpful)
