The Cruzan Case: The Supreme Court Upholds the Right to Die

This paper/case study will serve as my “script” for my 5-8 minute video presentation. These are the professor’s instructions:
In your presentation you will explain the case or issue that you are analyzing, pointing out the ethical issues that it raises. You will summarize some alternative views about the case, mentioning the moral theories of principles to which they appeal. Finally you will defend your own view, explaining the arguments in its favor and why you think they are stronger than the alternatives.
