What are the traditions of art that Cezanne questions and ultimately discards?

Peruse any of the following virtual museums: SFMOMA, MOMA, TATE, GUGGENHEIM to find modern works with which to answer the following: Russell states “This was because Cezanne dismantled, one by one, the beliefs on which art had previously been based.” What are the traditions of art that Cezanne questions and ultimately discards? List them. Then choose one work of art from the virtual collection of the museum and discuss how Cezanne’s efforts can be seen to have influenced the work.
