One of the issues covered in this week’s material was the definition of conflict. In the PowerPoint lecture (found in the Explore section), you were presented with three different perspectives of conflict (traditional, human relations, and interactionist). When you think about organizations you have worked for or with, can you agree with her descriptions of how organizations approach conflict?
