i need the 5 questions answered in reguards to the following case study This 1-year old patient presents to the pediatric clinic with his mother. Mother states the patient has had a fever for the past 3 days, has been pulling at his ears, and is having trouble sleeping. Patient has also had a non-productive cough and runny nose for the past week per mom. Mother states the patient has a past medical history of multiple ear infections. Mother reports the patient was born full-term with no complications and is up to date with all of his immunizations. Mother reports patient is still eating and drinking well and producing greater than 3 wet diapers a day. Patient has an allergy to Penicillin and is not on any routine medications at this time. Upon exam, patient appears well nourished, alert and oriented. Patient is crying upon exam. Lungs are clear bilaterally with no evidence of adventitious lung sounds. S1 and S2 noted, no murmurs or gallops heard upon auscultation. Pupils are equal, round, and reactive to light and the red reflex is present. Patient has clear drainage from nasal passages. Throat reveals pink, moist mucosal membranes. Ear exam reveals erythema and bulging tympanic membranes bilaterally. Patient has increased crying upon ear exam. No ear drainage is noted.
