Write a critical review of a research problem in I-O Psychology.

Fear of reprisal-Employees are fearful that their employer will find out, and retaliate against them in some way- Propensity to give “socially desirable” responses rather than their true impressions-Concerns about relational implications of speaking up- Faking good, guessing which answer is most desirable for an employer so they get a job (pre-employment)It should also include a section on how difficult it is for researchers to identify these factors in their research. Including information on research techniques that can help to identify these biases/faking.
