Write a research paper on the recommendation essay of Alice Julianna Navarrete. My acting teacher left me with the wonderful task of writing the letter myself, and her “revising it.” Only now, I’m cutting it far too close to deadline and I’ve already written an application letter to this school. I’m afraid the recommendation letter will sound far too much like me for me to even consider writing it myself. So, to get context out of the way, I’d like something brief and concise. Mention things along the lines such as creative when it comes to personal and group acting exercises. I am an intent observer of the other students’ performances. Knowledgeable in film, maybe mention the fact that I brought up 1971’s Klute in class. I think fast on my feet in improv, and I immerse myself well with other students. She invited me for the first time to an opera dress rehearsal, so possibly add that in as a keen interest in vocal related studies. For a lack of another better word, talk about how I immerse myself well in Uta Hagen’s destination exercises, and I’m “in the moment” of being at home and getting ready for the day. I’m quick to volunteer for exercises first, and have great confidence in my abilities. I have not performed any monologues for class. It’s more of a beginner’s class, so the only thing I’ve really done was group exercises, such as “you’re a floating balloon,” “you’re a plant growing” and stuff like that.
