Write a technical Literature Review to evaluate these studies (from Objective 2) based on the concept of a OTH-centric formula used to collect data in the researchers’ findings.
What is happening:
1 To assess past studies for evidence of Outside the home-centric measurements of the work-life balance. This will be done through the Technical Literature Review.
2 To investigate and assess studies that have focused on women and men work-life balance.
3 To evaluate these studies (from Objective 2) based on the concept of a OTH-centric formula used to collect data in the researchers’ findings. To assess these findings.
4 To analyse the findings found in Objective 3, and 7 this to make recommendations for change in how the OTH-centric formula is used to collect data as it pertains to the work-life balance formula.
5 To propose a new formula based on the previously mentioned format of work-other-life balance. To explain how this works and how it will enhance the understanding of the work-life balance for women, and men alike.

The general objective of this study is to research what studies, and previous research exists on the work-life balance in societies worldwide, while focusing objectively on the service industry within Hungary.
Talk about work life balance, how it effects the service industry, and use at least 15 citation. I will attach an example.
