Instructor has given us instructions on how to select a company. I will include the step by step process that was shared with us: – Go to Yahoo Finance and select a publically traded company. The company that was given to me was Target. – Once you have selected the company, review its profile under “Company Profile”. – Under Recent Events, you will need to find the 10-K Report (Annual Report) for the company. This report will contain all the information needed for the paper. – Will need to determine the issues facing the compnay and what is the company’s strategic solution for solving the problem. Also including the guidelines. Analytical tools that were used within the course are Force Five Model, SWOT Analysis framework, and the PESTEL framework.
