Discuss an analyse the comparisons betwen both the Practitioner Response doc and the Student Clinical Action Plan.

The assignment is to produce a Student Reflective Analysis comparing the Practitioner Response (see iSAP Practitioner Response pdf) to the Student Clinical Action Plan (see Daniel_Lee_Assess1 (Clinical Action Plan) pdf). The doc you will be writing the reflective analysis in is the (Daniel_Lee_Assess1 (Reflective Analysis Report) pdf). Essentially, what is required is to keep the exact format as the original doc like the Title page (with the word count, name, etc.). I have included the the main sections with Subheadings (Comparison, Reflection on Learning & Impact on Future Practice). These are the sections to be COMPLETED, you will not be required to write anything for the Introduction and Conclusion. For each of the required sections, I have also included dot points in blue to assist with what exactly needs to be written in each section. Important to just keep within the 900-1100 word limit. This means, just to highlight the key points within each section. It is also very important I analyse the comparisons betwen both the Practitioner Response doc and the Student Clinical Action Plan. Font is to kept in Calibri 11pt with 1.5 Line Spacing. In regard to referencing, utilise Harvard referencing with sources to back up comparisons.
