What knowledge do you need about this industry?

The assignment involves researching an industry that you wish to work in and researching a company within that industry that you wish to work at. While researching that company or organization you are to find a position (job) that you wish to have and review its requirements. After reviewing the position you are to begin your term paper with your introduction (from written assignment 1) and expand upon this. You need to analyze several things. What knowledge do you need about this industry? What knowledge and skills wouldyou need for the position that you are researching? What are your present skills? How and what is your plan to obtain the skills and knowledge that you require for this position and to work within your chosen industry? You must list all references on you term paper and they must be correctly referenced in an acceptable format such as MLA, APA etc. The paper is to be double spaced and have your EMPL id as well as name in the top right corner of the header. The top left cornerof the header should contain the class (Bus 104) and the section. Ex 1201, 1600 etc.
