This project is choosing a company and it’s key strategic issue then analyzing the issue and presenting strategic recommendations. The Company is Formula One and more specifically, information from how the company performed at the most recent Las Vegas race. The structure of the PowerPoint has been split between 5 members.

Here is our outline: Issue: Is it worth the cost to hold the GP in Vegas? -Overall Costs -Ticket Sales vs. Costs -Impact to F1’s Reputation (credibility and sustainability) -Engage and Collaborate with the Strip (Is the company making the right decisions to ensure the race will be profitable?) My portion is the Engagement and Collaboration. During the race, the Bellagio fountains were blockled by stands, road closures, traffic, Volcano at Mirage was closed, and many locals upset. Using local news articles may be helpful. Basically need to see how Formula One handled this race by collaborating with the City. Were they successful? Is this how they handle business at other races? What can be improved?
