Create a First or Second Grade math quiz through Google Forms. This quiz can be based on any part of math that is taught in First or Second Grade. Your quiz can either be in open-ended or multiple-choice format, and the final product will be posted in the google classrooms that you created last week. Assignment Requirements: (Review carefully, as each requirement is worth credit!) Quiz should begin with asking for the student’s name as a required field (please see tutorial for instructions on that). Quiz should include 10-15 questions, not including the required name. The questions should be clear and Grade-level appropriate Please add your own unique theme, colors, or fonts. Feel free to include corresponding pictures and videos as well. You can include a video and have the students’ respond to it… the sky’s the limit!
