It is required to debate the case for and against Comprehensive Community Planning. based on literature, debates and thoughts presented at the international level and then you need to have some focused discussions on the United Arab Emirates specifically as a special case i.e. is “comprehensive planning” a good or not such a good idea (of course with reasonings).
