Definition of Educational Leadership.

Understanding how to conceptualize leadership as well as the ability to articulate a basic definition of leadership will assist you in developing and applying your personal leadership style. Utilize the assigned readings for the course, as well as additional applicable scholarly sources, to describe (in sufficient detail) by using supportive references that cite a conceptualization of leadership, which lead to your definition of leadership.
