Describe a time when you were in flow.
Pink relates the following about “flow”: “In flow, people lived so deeply in the moment, and felt so utterly in control, that their sense of time, place, and even self melted away. They were autonomous, of course. But more than that, they were engaged” (Pink, 2009, p.115). Describe a time when you were in flow. How do you know that you were in flow? What can you do to create an environment for flow to take place more often?
