The author Sally McMillen takes us to the long fight for women’s rights, particularly the landmark event of the Seneca Falls Convention of 1848. Four women are highlighted in the book for their significant devotion to further the rights of women; Lucretia Coffin Mott, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Lucy Stone and Susan B. AnthonyThe assignment is to select ONE of these women and become their voice. Using one of these voices you will write a letter to friend describing your participation in the Women’s Rights Movement and why you are so passionate about it.
