Legal Presentation Final ProjectStudents will create a Legal PowerPoint presentation based on a legal and/or ethical issue affecting health care delivery,regulations, service, benefits, barriers, policies, procedures etc. The topic must be:Reflect on the information presented in this course and identify a relevant and controversial legal/ethical issueReview scholarly literature for your selected topic The presentation should include the following items:Define the legal/ethical issues.Analyze the relevant literature and compare and contrast the pros and cons for each of the issues.Provide supporting legal case studies.Make suggestions of how the issue can be improved.Discuss how a legal and/or ethical issue would affect each of the following: health care professionals, patients, public health, community health, economics, and quality of life.Discuss how you propose these issues could be addressed or handled in a professional manner.Discuss if implementing policies or other methods would be beneficial.
