Discuss Racism in the Justice System.

This essay’s audience is for the African American people who are old enough to understand that the Justice system is unfair and biased. The African American people think that the law is unreasonable when it comes to handing down sentences for African Americans versus Caucasians when the crime is the same or similar. The audience believes that this topic is hitting home for some, and some feel that if we follow the law, we will not have to worry about racial profiling. This topic can also be biased to some. I do not think that my audience will have that much objection to the justice system being broken. The values and beliefs shared with this audience are that the justice system needs to be corrected, especially dealing with the African American community.GoalThis paper aims to persuade and convince the African American people that the justice system is broken. Supporting Points:1.You have quite a few African Americans incarcerated, and the sentence they got does not fit the crime.2.The Justice System is broken and bias towards people of color.3.African Americans are being targeted to fill up the prisons.This is an outline of my persuasive essay.
