FORMAT The goal of this introductory HBS BSC case is to serve as an opportunity to derive a strategy map and a scorecard based on company’s strategy. The case simulates a management meeting to discuss a turn-around strategy for the firm. To assist you in the analysis of this case, I have included many carefully chosen questions as a guide. The main expected outputs of the analysis are a strategy map based on strategic objectives and a BSC for DAP (list of measures based on the strategic objectives and classified according to the four perspectives of a BSC). However, please ensure that you dress up your report with an excellent introduction and conclusion (including the lessons from the case).
