DISCUSS UNDERSERVED VICTIMS AND FEAR OF REPORTING.

Hate Crimes are the most unreported crime type. Up to 90% of victims may not report, and with minority underserved victims are more hesitant than others to report these crimes. In a 2 page paper, and using at least 2 sources, describe at least two groups that are victims of hate crime. For each, explain possible risks of reporting for these groups. Additionally evaluate how as a victim advocate, you would help a hate crime victim through the initial crisis, reporting of the crime and prosecution.
