While Chapter 1 discusses police brutality, Chapter 2 mass incarceration and black women’s treatment in the criminal justice system and prison system, and Chapter 3 can be on domestic violence or Policy reforms that to end racial bias and the injustice tying all the chapters together using the theoretical frameworks like that of Kimberly Crenshaw’s Intersectionality theory and Critical Race Theory in this thesis.
