You are the Clinical Manager of a 36 bed medical-surgical unit. Your staff practices primary nursing and shares the Certified Nursing Assistants for patient care. You have been short staffed with CNAs and the unit’s engagement and job satisfaction is decreasing. Your Chief Nursing officer has just told you the RNs and CNAs are going to move to a Team Based Nursing model to help with the staff shortage of CNAs. Each team will have two RNs and one CNA on both days and nights. You are not permitted overtime on the normal shifts worked.Your project should include a paper with the following information:1.
