This may not sound logical, but it works. 😉 Are you presenting a report or proposal to the executives of your company or managers? Are you addressing potential investors? Maybe you are speaking to your coworkers? See the table below for other ideas. Informative What do you want the audience to LEARN? Your presentation must provide information they did not KNOW. Do not choose a simple demonstration or task. The topic you choose must have research available and information targeted towards your chosen audience. Persuasive What do you want the audience to DO? Your presentation must convince them to take ACTION. Do you want them to give you free parking, a flexible schedule, or a lunchroom?
