Have you in the past or more recently caught yourself doing something unconsciously and when you realized what you were doing did you have a difficult time accepting your actions consciously? —OR have you recently caught someone else (in the past or recently) doing something or exhibiting behaviors unconsciously – if so – was it difficult to bring up to this person?
