Conduct a SWOT analysis based on the research of your chosen company/business.
Create a SWOT diagram (see exhibit 3.5 on page 74 for an example) containing at least 5 items in each quadrant. Most business ventures will have more than 5 items when correctly analyzed. (It is recommended that to conduct an in-depth research prior to creating your SWOT analysis diagram.)
