Globally Responsible Business Practice 2020-21TaskYou are a consultant who has been asked to provide a 3000 word individual report* formulating, foran organisation of your choice**, a 5 year plan for sustainability in respect of ANY ONE OR TWO***of the areas outlined below. Your report should demonstrate both knowledge of your chosen organisation’s actual practices andrelated sustainability models and theories. The report should adopt good academic writing protocols i.e., demonstrate knowledge of the subject area,support arguments with evidence, and reference accurately. It should be written in the 3rd person. Please select ANY ONE or TWO* of the following sustainability issues/challenges to examine. Pleaseremember to examine your organisation first to ensure you select themes/issues that are of keyimportance. We are aware that some topics may overlap and that some topics like the environment arelarge themes. For example, exploring environmental impact is a broad theme and may be best as theonly focus of attention for the report. The indicative Assignment structure: Introduction. Brief overview of the company and outline of the aims of the report. Section 1. Critically analyse your chosen organisation’s position in respect of ONE or TWO key sustainability challenges/ issues that the organisation currently faces. Ensure this analysis is based on detailed research into the company, its industry sector, wider societal concerns. Ensure your analysis is supported by reference to existing theory, models, research and sustainability initiatives. Section 2.Present a 5-year sustainability development plan showing how, as a responsible organisation, they might respond to the sustainability challenges you identify in section 1. The plan should be feasible, i.e., realistic and therefore achievable.Please note, for this section you are not being asked to quantify the progress they make by identifying specific targets. However, you may wish to reference their previous performance or things they aspire to.
