How the foster care system in the US has affected the mental health and lives of children.

The research paper is supposed to be written in the form of cause and effects between the foster care system in the united states, and the mental health of children and the effects it has on their lives moving forward. The effects that were imposed on the children prior to their lives in foster care should be included; in addition, to how foster may affect their futures. How foster care tends to lead children into a life of crime and jail etc… Since it is a research paper, it should be objective. Hence, both positive and negative affect the foster care system may have on children should be included. Within the essay, alternatives to the foster care system should be included.
