This course features a running project scenario that demonstrates how to develop a project plan (with emphasis on the project schedule) beginning with the Initiating process group. Each module features an assignment that demonstrates the tools described in each module using an office relocation project scenario. Once the scenario is presented with sample project deliverables, your assignment for the module will consist of producing deliverables from a project scenario that you will develop. You will therefore select a project scenario from your work or personal life, and develop it in lockstep with the scenario phases presented in each module.Running project scenario Part 1A: The Office Relocation real-work project scenario.A manager within a company has been assigned to lead a project to relocate the company offices.
