Last week, you selected an informative topic for your second speech from a list of options provided by the instructor. To start the speech development process, you need to research a topic and identify supporting material that will help you inform your audience. Select quality sources to enhance credibility and ensure current and accurate information is shared.

Select a nonfiction article that supports one main point you might make in your informative speech. Articles must be from news sources, trade journals, or other publications accessed through the Library database (e.g., e-books, book chapters, newspaper articles, etc.).
