In a detailed physiological description of your alien. How does it breathe?

For this project you will pick one of our planets or moons in our solar system (besides Earth!), and design an alien that might live there. An overview of your planet/moon, covering such characteristics as the chemical composition of its atmosphere, the planet itself (is it a rock or gas planet?), its pressure, gravity, speed of rotation, temperature, and any other unique or interesting features. ¡ñA detailed physical description of your alien, and why it looks the way it does (based on the properties of the planet)! Be sure to explain all of its aspects! Evolution’s design is not haphazard. ¡ñA detailed physiological description of your alien. How does it breathe? What does it eat, and how does it digest? How does it move? How does it communicate? Remember to keep in mind where it lives, and how the planet’s properties could affect these processes. You will have to do some research into physiological processes among Earth’s animals for this; feel free to compare it to the physiology of earth animals. Remember to cite your sources. ¡ñAn original drawing of your alien, by hand or computer generated, but it must be original. If computer generated, you must include screenshots of the creation process. Unique alien parts should all be labeled. Remember this is a science class, and therefore the descriptions of your alien must be science-based. If your alien is lime green, glows in the dark, shoots fire out of his eyes and flies on copper wings, there has to be a reason for each one of those traits.
