Between 2007 and 2012, actress Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to jail six times. She was initially arrested for driving under the influence. After her first two arrests, she entered rehab programs. Arrested for a third time in 2007, she was sentenced to serve 1 day in jail, 10 days of community service, and 3 years of probation. She was also fined and required to complete an alcohol education program. At each subsequent hearing, judges imposed stricter conditions for bail and heavier sanctions on Lohan. Lohan was sentenced by Judge Revel at a July 6, 2010 hearing. While shocked by the sentence, Lohan did not begin complying with the terms of her probation until December 2011. She then completed her community service and court-ordered classes within four months and was released from felony probation in 2012.
